Shipping policy

At Everlune, we carefully prepare and package every order before it is shipped to you. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Standard Shipping

Orders under $100: $5.99

Orders of $100 or more: FREE

Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $9.99.

Estimated transit time: 3–4 business days after your order has been shipped.

Express shipping does not eliminate the standard 1–2 business-day processing time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of Everlune’s control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your package appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you need additional assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
